WHAT TYPE OF MEALS DO KITCHENELY SERVED?
Kitchenely serves favorite Filipino dishes as well as other cuisines that are also well-loved by Pinoys. Each meal may have either three kinds of dishes or two kinds of dishes plus soup. Customers are free to take their pick. However, once order confirmation has been sent, no changes can be made thereafter.

ARE YOU OFFERING MEALS FOR LUNCH OR DINNER?
Yes. We offer lunch only, dinner only and BOTH.

HOW CAN I ORDER?
All orders must be made through this website. Order form must be filled out with complete details. An order confirmation will be sent once payment is received.

WHEN IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS
Customers may submit their orders anytime of the week while payment confirmation must be secured on or before Saturday. All deliveries start on Mondays and end on Fridays.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DURATION FOR EACH ORDER?
Kitchenely delivers lunch and dinner meals for 5 days during Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries on Saturday Sunday, selected public holidays and natural disasters. Longer delivery duration is available (10-day, 15-day, 20-day). You may check the order form for more details.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY SECHEDULE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER MEAL ORDERS?
Our delivery schedule for lunch is 10AM to 12NN while for dinner is 4PM to 6PM. Exact delivery time varies depending on traffic situation and distance of delivery address. However, we assure delivery within the above mentioned time period.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS ARRIVING?
On the first day of delivery, Kitchenely will contact you to let you know that your food is on its way and inform you of the exact time that it will arrive. Please expect the same schedule for the succeeding days within that week.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay through BDO and BPI bank deposit or online fund transfer. Credit/Debit card payments are also accepted. Please note that there is a Php 100.00 convenience fee for every credit/debit card transaction.

HOW AND WHEN SHOULD PAYMENT BE MADE?
After order is submitted, payment must be made via online fund transfer, bank deposit, debit/credit card. Please note that we do not accept cash payment.

ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAX?
Yes.

ARE THERE DELIVERY CHARGES?
None.

IS RICE PROVIDED?
Customers have the option to order rice. However, rice costs Php 10.00 per serving. This is in consideration of many households especially here in Nueva Ecija where families have their own supply of rice and doesn’t need to order.

IF I ORDER LUNCH AND DINNER, WILL THE FOOD BE THE SAME?
No, meals served for lunch will be different from meals served for dinner. Our meal plans are well-prepared and are well-thought of so you can enjoy a nice variety of foods everyday.

HOW DO YOU CATER FOR CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY / NUTRITIONAL / MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES?
Our order form allows the customers to tell us their special dietary / nutritional / medial requirements and preferences. All they need to do is select options that apply to them or specify in the “Others” section.

WILL THE FOOD BE WARM WHEN WE RECEIVE IT?
The food is expected to reach our customers at room temperature, depending on how far your delivery address from the Kitchenely. We recommend reheating approximately 2-3 minutes of medium heat in the microwave or 11-15 minutes of steaming prior to food consumption. If the food will not be consumed for an hour or more, we recommend refrigerating to preserve the freshness.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE NATURAL DISASTERS, HOLIDAYS OR INEVITABLE CASES WHEN YOU CANNOT DELIVER?
Kitchenely will announce in advance the days in which delivery services will be suspended. However, please note that we do not issue refunds. Instead, meals will be delivered on the nearest weekday after delivery services resumes. For example, on a Monday, PAG-ASA announced that Nueva Ecija is under public storm signal number 2. The same situation continued until Wednesday. Kitchenely will then suspend its delivery services starting Monday and resume on Thursday once the situation is back to normal. However, foods to be delivered will be guaranteed fresh and delicious.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY ADDRESS WHILE HAVING AN ACTIVE MEAL DELIVERY ORDER?
Customers are required to inform Kitchenely via TEXT or EMAIL at least 2 days in advance. An acknowledgement on the changes made will be sent by Kitchenely.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN NO ONE IS AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY TIME?
Should this be the case, Kitchenely will still leave your order within the premises of your delivery address. However, you can also give instructions as to whom and where we can leave your food if you will not be around to receive the order. This is also indicated in the waiver that each Kitchenely customer will be asked to sign. Please note that Kitchenely meals are sealed with tamper-resistant tape for your protection.

WILL THERE BE A CASH REFUND IF I WANT TO CANCEL A DELIVERY?
Kitchenely does not refund delivery cancellation. Customer can instead opt to defer delivery by informing us to change schedule at least 1 working day in advance. An acknowledgement of such change will be sent.

CAN I DIRECT MY CONCERNS OR REQUETS TO THE DELIVERY MAN?
No, the delivery man’s duty is just to deliver the meals. All concerns must be addressed via EMAIL at kitchenely@gmail.com, direct message on FB Messenger or TXT at 0955-073-7771. We’ll be happy to attend to your concerns.
